The microcystins, cylindrospermopsin and anatoxin Proficiency Testing Programs are intended to satisfy the increasing international demand of services and products for the conformity assessment in the field of cyanotoxin analysis.
Organizer will produce and distribute test materials to allow screening and confirmatory analysis. The laboratory will test samples using their own test method (i.e. HPLC, ELISA, PP1A, etc.) and forward the results back to the organizer. The end product of the proficient testing program is a clear and comprehensive report, where data is recorded, analyzed, and statistically evaluated. Analytical methods are also listed. Results submitted by each participant are confidential.
